The MSA Coalition is an excellent resource for MSA patients and family members. They maintain a list of local/regional MSA supports groups. They also have a Facebook page.
MSA Awareness is another great resource for information on MSA.
There is another Facebook based MSA support group.
Vanderbilt University's Autonomic Dysfunction Center has set up an MSA Listserv, so patients and caregivers can easily message with one and other.
