Here&#8217;s what Alexis wants you to know about POTS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Understand That POTS is an \u201cInvisible Illness\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An invisible illness is a health condition that is not always visible to others but can significantly limit a person\u2019s life. Often, they just want to feel a sense of normality, so being invited even when they may not be able to come is important.
